Automotive Paint and Body Technician
This position requires 3 years of experience with automotive body repairs. Technicians operate RJ Corman painting equipment (i.e., paint gun, sanders, and buffers), keep track and inform supervisor of paint material inventory, and keep the paint room safe and clean. Carpenter
Carpenters perform building maintenance, help with concrete plant and pours when needed, contact vendors, obtain quotes for supplies for building projects, and perform other duties as assigned. Some travel is required, and they must work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required. Advanced carpentry experience and knowledge and some basic construction and building maintenance experience is desired. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Farm Laborer
Associates working on R.J. Corman’s farm are responsible for maintaining the grounds at the Nicholasville headquarters and other associated projects and locations. Primary duties include operating zero turn mowers and weed eaters as well as other landscaping duties, may expand to other activities necessary for the efficient upkeep of the 2,000-acre farm. Mechanical Shop Parts Clerk
This position is responsible for accurate shop inventory tracking and maintaining appropriate consumables for daily production as well as safety supplies. Will perform checks on shop equipment. Track inventory, order and allocate materials to the correct department / part

Real-Estate Admin
This position assists with the processing of real estate-related documents. Provide and review application packets for third party occupations, provide agreements and coordinate projects. Payables and receivables. Scan agreements, file, maintain leases, update spreadsheets and information in Lease Database System. Prepare correspondence and basic agreements. Wiring Technician
Associates in this position work with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions to perform layout, wiring, testing, validation and/or checkout in the construction of wired bungalows for railroad crossing controls. They install control system components in enclosures and routes and identify and terminate wiring in accordance with criteria/standards provided by the signal engineering team.
