R. J. Corman Railroad Group Announces Sale of Roadway Worker Training to RailPros
NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. – R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC has announced today that it has completed the sale of Roadway Worker Training (RWT) to RailPros, a privately held, Texas-based consulting firm specializing in rail engineering, design and management. The divestiture is part of R. J. Corman Railroad Group’s effort to accelerate growth by reinvesting and refocusing on its core competencies.

RailPros employs over 400 people, operating mainly in the western and mid-western United States with offices located in California, Texas and Utah. RWT, based in St. Augustine, Florida, employs approximately 100 people and specializes in providing employee training, contract personnel for employee-in-charge and flagging services, consulting and video production.
