Phil Ogden began his railroad career with the former Southern Railway, and after 37 years and a number of different positions, retired from Norfolk Southern as Senior Vice President of Engineering. He has served as President of AREA and AREMA and presently serves as Chairman/ Director of Global Railway Board and as Director of Bankhead Railway Engineering.
